Zam Zam, Jake !

Nobles All, dig the stage action going down in ol' London Town. Jake Broder, a young, London based, American actor with a jumpin' pedicured resume (he played Amadeus on Broadway in 2001, and sweetened the audience's wig as a member of the Reduced Shakespeare Company) has dialed up His Lordship's number in a new play set to open in London on Jan 29th, 2002. The acting company Les Gendarmes Des Fleures, composed of Broder, Adam Long (founder of the Reduced Shakespeare Company) and performer David Tughan present "Zam Zam Room" a tale of Lord Buckley's free spirited bar room brilliance set against the grinding, grey repression of 1950s America. This swingin' theatrical stomp is supported by the gorgeous riffs of the Sleepytime Jazz Quintet. The show runs three nights Jan 29-31. Baby, be there or be a double Octagonhead!!!
